Refund policy

This is a personalized item and cannot be returned or refunded without prior authorization.

Every piece is made by hand after the order comes in, with the name and the colors chosen for it. That makes most of these impossible to resell, so personalized orders are not returnable for a change of mind.

If it was made wrong

The wrong color, a spelling that does not match the order, or damage on arrival — it is remade and reshipped at no charge. Email babymadecreations@gmail.com with the order number and a photo.

If the name was typed wrong on the order

It can be remade at the cost of materials and postage. Names are made exactly as they are typed. Spelling is not corrected and nothing is guessed.

Reporting a problem

Either way, a problem has to be reported within 7 days of delivery. After that an order is treated as accepted.

Changes and cancellations

An order can be changed or cancelled at no charge until making starts, which is not the same as when it posts. Once a clip is strung, nothing about it can be changed. Email as early as you can.
