Made to Order
Every order is made after it comes in. Nothing ships the same day and nothing is pulled off a shelf — we would rather take the time and get it right.
So there are two parts to the wait: the making, and then the post.
How Long the Making Takes
Most orders are made and ready to post within 5 to 7 business days.
Shipping
Orders ship USPS with tracking, to US addresses only.
Once it is posted, delivery time is up to the carrier.
If Something Is Wrong
If your order arrives damaged, or it is not what you ordered, tell us and we will put it right. A photo helps — it shows us what happened and stops it happening again.
Returns on Personalized Items
Personalized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. A clip with a name on it only fits one baby, and there is no one else to sell it to.
That is the ordinary rule for made-to-order work, and it is why the name field matters so much.
Please read your name back before you order. Names are made exactly as they are typed. We do not correct spelling and we do not guess — Kaydence and Cadence are both real names, and there is no way for us to tell from an order which one you meant.
If a Name Comes Out Wrong
If we strung it wrong, we will remake it and send the new one at no charge.
If the name was typed wrong on the order, we can remake it for the cost of materials and postage.
Either way, tell us as soon as you spot it. Changes are free right up until we start making. Once a clip is strung, nothing can be changed.
